Refund Policy. How do I return my order? 
We are sorry to hear you’re not happy with your product. Please email us at  
[email protected] within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll be more  
than happy to assist! Include your order number in the email subject line and  
a brief message for the reason you are requesting a refund. In most cases,  
subject to our refund guidelines, these requests will be honored. Please note  
that (except for refunds due to defective or damaged products) shipping  
charges are non-refundable and for international orders, duties and taxes are  
also non-refundable. 
CAN I RETURN A FINAL SALE ITEM? Items marked final sale at the time of  
purchase are non-refundable. 
You will receive an email confirming your refund or will be contacted by one of  
our Customer Care representatives within 48 hours after we receive your  
Refunds will either issued to your credit card company or bank depending on  
your method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to  
process. Please contact your bank or credit card company regarding the  
status of your refund, as it may take some time before your refund is officially  
posted. If after 10 business days you still have not received your refund,

AFRIKAN CURIOSITY reserves the right to verify any refund requests and  
request a return of the products you purchased. 
Afrikan Curiosity’s refund and return policies are subject to change. You  
should therefore consult [email protected] at the time of your  
purchase to confirm the current refund and return policy. Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the  
item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can  
evaluate the issue and make it right. 
Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as  
food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or  
personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We  
also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or  
gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your  
specific items or gift cards. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale item. Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you  
know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically  
refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take  
some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the  
refund too.
